5. Content Guidelines and Moderation

  • 5.1 The Platform reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any job posting that violates these Terms.
  • 5.2 The Advertiser grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute the job posting.
  • 5.3 The Platform is not responsible for third-party use of posted job advertisements.

6. Employer Responsibilities

  • 6.1 The Advertiser is responsible for all interactions with job applicants.
  • 6.2 The Advertiser agrees not to collect applicant data for purposes other than legitimate hiring needs.
  • 6.3 The Advertiser must comply with all applicable data protection laws.

7. Platform Liability and Disclaimers

  • 7.1 The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of candidates applying through the job board.
  • 7.2 The Platform is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal claims arising from job postings.
  • 7.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • 8.1 The Platform may suspend or terminate access to job postings for violations of these Terms.
  • 8.2 No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to violations.

9. Indemnification

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from job postings, employment disputes, or data privacy violations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

The Platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
